Something began to vibrate at the beginning of the year, between Brussels and Paris. Almost nothing. Like a shiver in the cup. Discreet signs that two visions would eventually intersect - somewhere between the fire and the coffee.
Under a leprous concrete block, and a gray sky that never promises anything, habaneros have been slowly fermenting in silence, for over a year, like secrets too long kept - acidic, powerful, almost too much so. And now they've found a reason to exist:

At SWET, we said yes. Yes to controlled chaos. Yes to the unstable balance between burn and aroma. We took dried chillies straight from Mexico - Passilla and Mulato, those warriors of the sun, dried by dust and the gods. We blended them with our lactic-acid-infused Brussels habaneros, and threw in this deep, black coffee as dense as a fever dream.
We've given birth to a potion that's not here to please. It's here to tell you the truth. It's here to remind you that everything you eat can be a psychotropic experience. A taste that lights up like a fuse, with coffee lurking in ambush like a familiar shadow. A sauce that tells you that when intensity is mastered, it's poetry in a bottle - not a marketing formula designed to scrape likes or a stamp of digital approval. Just reality, raw and fermented.
We don't do it for fun.
We do it because we don't know any other way.
Oh, and because one hallucination wasn't enough, we also tossed that coffee into a dark can available from PEOPLE POSSESSION. Same coffee as in the sauce. Two sides of the same pact.
