Collabs.

At SWET we don't have a marketing budget, which means we don't pay people to use our products or talk about us.

On the other hand, when we meet someone who really likes the project and is doing something that interests us, then we work together to release a banger collab.

This page contains a small selection of it, visit our instagram page to see more.

SWET X Tomorrowland

July 2024

Because the world's hottest festival can't be kept in a bottle, we've created three exclusive hot sauces with our friends at TOMORROWLAND, to extend the experience all year round.

This project is based on the three fundamental characteristics we share:

SAGESSE (Cuivre)

Belgian beer and Brussels-grown peppers combine to create a universal hot sauce that makes everything better.

FREEDOM (Argent)

The ultimate freshness of lime and ginger combined with Madame Jeanette de Bruxelles peppers to spice up any cocktail or summer lunch.

MADNESS (Or)

One of the world's hottest chillies, the Scorpion, cooked with flamed pineapple for a hot sauce that will shake your head like 12 hours of non-stop dancing.

Very limited stock.

3 x 100 ml bottles in a tube.

Cry me a pepper

SWET X Le fooding X Brasserie Cantillon

November 2022

At the end of the summer of 2022, Christine and Anna from FOODING came to Brussels, to see if "WHAT YOU SWET IS WHAT YOU GET". And we spent the day together in the LAB, making a sauce full of surprises.

First, the legendary Kriek from Cantillon.

Brussels' only real gueuze (spontaneously fermented beer) brewery provided us with two things so exceptional that they don't normally sell, except to a handful of chefs in the know. Kriek vinegar aged in oak barrels, and Schaerbeek cherries, macerated for 3 months in the beer (the fruit that remains at the bottom of the vat once it has been bottled).

And then those famous chipotle peppers.

For the record, it's extremely difficult to find authentic chipotle in Europe, i.e. a morita pepper smoked with pecan wood. There is no controlled appellation (unlike  ceux qu’on utilise dans la FUMADO), and it's impossible to know the quality unless you go to the small towns in Mexico... And just as well, one of our best buddies was there, and he brought us 25kg of it, in an old coffee bag, in the hold of the plane.

At this level, the rest are almost details.

Organic summer apples grown just 10km from home, ultra-juicy, firm and sweet, organic Belgian peppers, intense red, and finally the best habanero peppers in the world (obviously), grown as usual on the roof of Les Abattoirs in Brussels, aquaponically, without any chemicals. And good brown sugar, because after all, it's still speculoos season here :))

This gives us a balance between the roundness of the fruit, the acidity and unique aroma of the kriek, and the subtle smokiness of the pepper, all underpinned by a deep, muted strength, without exaggeration.

A marvel.

SWET X Marie Casaÿs

July 2022

Marie Casaÿs is a Parisian illustrator who makes hot drawings.

We love her delicate style and precise drawing, all pencil shading, no lines, nothing too much.

We'd been talking about a collab for months, and then all of a sudden, BAM, we realized that apricot season was just around the corner. It hit us like lightning.

Juicy organic French apricots combined with fresh sage and Brussels-grown lemon habanero peppers.

So much for the basics.

The addition of organic summer apple, fresh turmeric, lime and, above all, Yakima chief's HBC 692 and CASCADE American hops reinforce the freshness and provide additional layers of subtlety.

The result is a strong, tangy, super-fresh sauce designed to accompany all summer dishes, from the greasiest grills to the healthiest salads.

633 bottles only.
